At Urban Beauty, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your beauty essentials without unnecessary delays. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To request an order cancellation, email us at:

Please include:

Your full name
Your order number
The email address used to place the order
A brief note stating that you would like to cancel your order

We will review your request and let you know whether the order can still be cancelled.

CAN I CANCEL AFTER MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, please wait until you receive it and review our Return & Refund Policy to determine whether the item is eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, and personal-care products may not be eligible for return.

CANCELLATION REFUNDS

If your cancellation request is approved before your order ships, any applicable refund will generally be issued to your original payment method.

After the refund has been processed, your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
